How do our wedding gown makers help you?

(While there is no charge for consultations in Auckland, a minimum cost of $40 will apply when we come to you. Price is charged based on location.) 

    1. Initial Consultation  
      The first step is to organise a consultation with our team to let us know what you need. This can be simple dress alterations on an existing gown to make sure it fits the way you want it to, or a completely new wedding dress by our designers that is made specifically for you. When it comes to designing services, we are happy to offer professional advice to ensure every detail flow seamlessly, to create a gown that will truly help you feel like royalty on your wedding day. We’ll help with design, fabric and sizing to ensure the best solution
    2. Placing your Order   
      Before going ahead an estimate quote will be given. Once you're happy a 50% deposit will need to be paid in order to continue the process.
    3. Taking Measurements    We take full body measurements to ensure a perfect fit of your garment(s).
    4. Selecting the Fabric When it comes to fabric, we like going above and beyond for your special day. We can provide you with beautiful range of lace, satin and diamante trims, to ensure you have chosen the correct fabrics for gown. If you haven’t found the fabric that you want, we can shop for you keeping your specific needs in mind. This would include a minimum fee of $40 for travelling costs. We offer a personal fabric shopping experience where your dress makers come with you and helps you choose the best fabric direct from the shops.
    5. Toile Fitting   
      All new designs are toiled so you can be 100% sure to get the right fit. Once you are happy, we require the remaining 50% payment to proceed.
    6. Final Fitting & Collection  
      We will get in touch once your garment is ready to be picked up.

How long does it take?
The standard service is minimum 4 weeks.

How do you pay?
  • The cost of the work, including all fitting costs, is paid in 3 instalments:
    • 50% deposit once the order is placed
    • 50% at the toile fitting
  • The cost of the fabric is paid in full at the toile fitting, if bought by us
  • Cash and cheques are applicable. If paying by internet banking a record of a successful 
    payment has to be shown. 
How much does it cost?
  • Every garment is different and a full costing will be given to you verbally before you
    place your order
  • There is no charge for an initial consultation 
  • All other fitting costs are included in the quote as standard
